Beef Hot Pot Wet Cook in Sauce
- 1 onion
- 700g Beef cubes
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Red Pepper
- Royco Beef Hot Pot Wet Cook in Sauce
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- Parsley to garnish
Cheesy potato topped beef pie
Preheat the oven grill.
In a pot, lightly brown the onion and beef cubes in the oil.
Add the red pepper and cook until golden.
Add the contents of the Royco Beef Hot Pot cook in sauce, and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Place mixture into a pie dish, arrange 4 boiled, sliced potatoes on top and sprinkle with 1 cup grated, cheddar cheese, grill until cheese is golden brown.
Serve pie hot garnished with parsley.
