Bolognaise Pasta Base
250 g pasta
2 Tablespoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
500 g mince
1 can tomatoes, chopped
- In a pan, lightly brown the chopped onion and mince in oil.
- Stir in the contents of the pouch, add tomatoes and simmer for 15 mins.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve with cooked pasta and enjoy!
Garnish with 50 g of Parmesan cheese
