Creamy Cheddar Cheese
3 easy steps
Using a large saucepan (+/- 20 cm in diameter), brown 400 g -500 g lean mince in 15 ml (1 Tbls) oil.
Add the sachet of Seasoning Mix, 650 ml hot water, 250 ml ( 1 cup) cold milk & uncooked pasta.
Bring to the boil stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat & simmer uncovered for 15 – 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked to your liking. Serve & Enjoy!
