Four Cheese Mince
3 easy steps
Using a large saucepan (+/- 20 cm in diameter), brown 500 g lean mince in 15 ml (1 Tbls) oil.
Add the sachet of Seasoning Mix, 250 ml ( 1 cup) cold milk, 700 ml hot water & the uncooked pasta.
Bring to the boil stirring occasionally.Reduce the heat & simmer uncovered for 15 – 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked to your liking.Serve & Enjoy!
