STOVE TOP & OVEN
Preheat oven to 180°C. Empty content of Cheese Sauce sachet into a measuring jug & fill to 400 ml with RAPIDLY BOILING water. Once all the water has been added, stir with a fork for 1 minute until thick & smooth. Allow to stand.
Using a large saucepan (+/- 20 cm in diameter), brown 400 g -500 g mince and 1 chopped onion (optional) in 15 ml (1 Tbls) oil.
Add the sachet of Seasoning Mix, 800 ml boiling water & the uncooked pasta.
Bring to the boil stirring occasionally.Reduce the heat & simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
Remove from the heat & pour into a 2 litre (+/- 200 mm X 290 mm), rectangular ovenproof dish.Pour the prepared cheese sauce over & sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the top. Grill for 10 minutes or bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve & enjoy!
