Savoury Mince Pasta Base
250 g pasta
500 g mince
2 Tablespoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cups of frozen vegetables
- In a pot, lightly brown the chopped onion and mince in oil.
- Add the contents of the pouch into the pot, then add the vegetables.
- If require, stir in 125 ml of cold water and simmer until cooked.
- Season to taste, serve with cooked pasta and enjoy!
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
