Preparation Time: 45 min
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion
- 150 g carrots
- 80 g frozen peas
- 400 ml water
- 2 Tbls oil
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add mince and stir until browned then add carrots and peas.
- Mix contents of packet with 400 ml water and add to mince. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Simmer for 10 mins, stirring frequently.
- Serve with brown or white rice.
