Veggie Baked Roasted Vegetables
- 1 packet Royco® Veggie Bake
- 4 cups (+/ – 400 g) fresh vegetables
- 30 ml ( 2 Tbls) vegetable oil
OVEN BAKE : 45 – 60 minutes
- Spread vegetables out evenly in a medium (1.2 litre), shallow ovenproof dish. 2.
- Toss the vegetables in the oil and sprinkle the packet contents evenly over the top of the vegetables, until well coated.
- Bake uncovered at 180°C for 45 – 60 minutes or until cooked. Toss vegetables twice during cooking.
