Siphokazi’s Season Finale Samp
Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion, add all the choppd vegetables and garlic, then cook for five minutes
Add your cooked samp and close the pot with a lid then cook for 15 minutes. Add the Royco® Cook in Sauce and stir to combine. Season to taste and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with any stew of your choice.
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 peppers(1 green and 1 red) diced
• 4 carrots diced
• 1 cup of peas (frozen or canned)
• 1 kg cooked samp
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 packet of Royco® Tomato Bredie dry cook in sauce
• 3 cups water
