Siphokazi’s Season Finale Samp
Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion, add all the choppd vegetables and garlic, then cook for five minutes
Add your cooked samp and close the pot with a lid then cook for 15 minutes. Add the Royco® Cook in Sauce and stir to combine. Season to taste and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with any stew of your choice.
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 peppers (1 green and 1 red) diced
- 4 carrots diced
- 1 cup of peas (frozen or canned)
- 1 kg cooked samp
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 packet of Royco® Tomato Bredie dry cook in sauce
- 3 cups water
