Butter Chicken Wet Cook-In Sauce
- 600g Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red, Green and Yellow Pepper
- Royco Butter Chicken Cook in Sauce
- Lettuce Leaves
- Plain yoghurt to serve
Chicken kebab wraps
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Slice the onion and peppers similar size squares.
Thread pre-soaked wooden kebab skewers with alternative cubes of chicken and vegetables slices.
Place skewers in a shallow bowl and pour over contents of Royco Butter Chicken cook in sauce, marinate for 30 minutes.
Place skewers on a greased baking tray and cook, turning once, until chicken and is cooked through.
To serve: Toast 4 wraps, top wraps with lettuce leaves and chicken kebabs and serve with plain yoghurt.
