Durban Curry

Preparation Time: 45 min
Serves: 4

Instructions:

Simply Add:

  • 500 g chicken, cubed
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbls tomato paste
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 Tbls oil

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add chicken cubes and stir until browned. Cut potatoes in quarters and add.
  • Mix contents of packet with 400 ml water and add to chicken. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
  • Simmer for 20 mins, stirring frequently.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice.
