Mince Pasta Sauce

- 500g beef mince
- 150g diced carrots
- 80g frozen peas
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Tbls oil
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add mince and stir until browned then add carrots and peas.
- Mix contents of packet with 400ml water and add to mince. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve with your favourite pasta.
