Macaroni Cheese with Tomato

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packets ROYCO® Four Cheeses Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 400 g macaroni pasta, cooked
  • 3 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • METHOD
  • Prepare ROYCO® sauce according to packet instructions.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the cooked macaroni in a buttered ovenproof dish, mix through the Royco sauce.
  • Top macaroni with tomato wedges and sprinkle over cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
